The Force requires the services of a qualified Psychological Services Provider who is capable of providing a demand driven Psychological service provision in support of the in-house Occupational Health Counselling and Welfare team. The services will be provided to officers and staff employed by Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue.

The provider will provide offsite professionally qualified counselling services to The Force which will:

• Provide a service to an agreed standard to meet our requirements

• Conform to the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy or equivalent.
