The e-portfolio shall provide an electronic solution which enables trainees to capture, store and submit evidence towards their workplace-based assessments and competencies. Submitted evidence should be reviewed by Designated Supervisors who will be able to ‘approve’ pieces of evidence and linked learning outcomes in line with the foundation pharmacist programme curriculum. Trainees and DS should be able to see a ‘progression’ panel which shows the percentage to which LO’s on the curriculum have been met. HEIW Regional Leads also need the ability to review and comment within trainee e-portfolios.
A stakeholder event will be held 26th October 2022 from 10am to seek views of potential Contractors. HEIW wish to ensure a wide range of provider stakeholders are represented at the event.
In line with Public Contract Regulations 2015, NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), Procurement Services and HEIW wish to hold a pre-market engagement event prior to launching a procurement exercise for the procurement of a E-portfolio software for pharmacists. NWSSP Procurement Services and HEIW will run the Pre-market engagement event virtually via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 26th October 2022 starting at 10am. Potential contractors will be provided with an insight into the requirement and given the opportunity to ask questions. In order to support define the requirement; following the presentation; potential contractors will have an opportunity to have a 1:1 with HEIW representatives (for a maximum of a 10 minute allocated slot).
