two.1.4) Short description

The Authority is seeking a contractor to provide a car park management solution that controls visitor and staff parking, across the three main hospital sites, Lincoln County; Boston, Pilgrim; and Grantham and District Hospitals.
The Authority requires ANPR cameras to capture vehicle entry and exit, and manual ticket Parking Charge Notice enforcement in accordance with the Trust’s car park regulations and contravention requirements. This includes non-payment and erroneous parking.
The Authority shall retain 100% of the parking tariff income. The Contractor shall retain 100% of the income generated from Parking Charge Notices, which the Contractor shall use to fund the capital equipment and operational delivery of the service.
The contract is anticipated to commence on 1st August 2025 for an initial period of five years with the option to extend by two periods of twelve months.
Following, the recent formal coming together of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services, to form one Group, this may extend shared car parking facilities within the Group during the Contract. Therefore, the Contract shall be accessible to Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.
