two.2.4) Description of the procurement
DCMS requires a supplier to conduct the UK’s National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP). The NADP is an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom. The role and responsibility of the NADP is to make its President and/ or one or more of its members (as set out in the NADP Procedural Rules) available to hear and determine charges brought against Athletes and/ or Athlete Support Personnel alleging violation of the UK Anti-Doping Rules, as well as any related applications and/ or appeals.
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to:
• Provide advance notice that the Authority is to consider undertaking a re-tendering exercise for the conduct of the NADP
• Understand the market interest in this procurement
• Receive feedback on the Early Market Engagement (EME) questions
