The British Council are seeking to purchase a Talent Intelligence Platform to enhance our talent acquisition, management and development service and processes. By leveraging data-driven insights, and AI-driven capabilities/automation, we aim to increase our understanding of skills and potential, and improve our ability to match people to the right opportunities. We are aiming to improve candidate quality, reduce time-to-hire, increase employee engagement, and facilitate more strategic workforce planning, to enable the organisation to build a competitive advantage in attracting, developing and retaining top talent. We will leverage AI to optimise internal talent mobility and career development, to enhance opportunities at a deeper level for our global workforce and support diversity. This will help us to identify and build the pipeline for critical roles and make data-driven talent decisions.
