The Council’s Highways, Grounds and Street Scene service undertakes a range of activities including grounds/maintenance, repair and maintenance of highways and dealing with emergency situations. To allow the Service to undertake these activities, portable traffic lights are required to effectively manage and control traffic flow around these activities.
The Council therefore requires 18 sets (two head units per set) of portable traffic lights with traffic signal heads with suitable trailers to transport the units around the County of Powys to be deployed as an when required.
