two.1.4) Short description

Transport for London by itself or via one of its subsidiary companies (together “TfL”) is seeking to appoint strategic partner(s) for the provision of car park management services. TfL’s objective with this car park portfolio is to consider how best to maintain revenue and customer benefit, while also future proofing for longer term demands and opportunities for car parking space to support Mayoral goals. There will be two Lots included in this process as described in section II.2.

TfL currently has a portfolio of 79 station car parks across it’s transport network. These car parks are adjacent to London Overground, London Underground and TfL Rail stations, providing customers with a convenient and competitively priced facility.

Lot 1: Car Park Operator

This Lot shall focus on providing a fully managed car park management services, alongside technology project management and various revenue and inventory management functions. Whilst the customer facing payment platform will be provided for under Lot 2, this Lot shall be accountable for the seamless integration with Lot 2 in order to deliver both traditional PCN and ANPR enforcement.

This Lot focuses on provided a seamless, cashless and ubiquitous payment platform providing TfL customers with an easy to use solution and a technology platform to support innovation.
