This notice relates to a preliminary market consultation.
The Palace of Westminster needs essential restoration to preserve it for future generations and to support the operations of UK Parliament.
The Delivery Authority has developed a draft Strategic Partners Procurement Strategy and wishes to work with suitably qualified and experienced long-term Strategic Partners to deliver the restoration and renewal works, the vision and strategic objectives. The Strategic Partners are:
1. A Design Services Partner to undertake design services.
2. An Integrator to oversee, manage and integrate the programme.
3. A Construction Partner to support the development and completion of the design and procure, undertake, and manage the works.

MARKET CONSULTATION EVENT
The Delivery Authority is holding a market consultation event on Monday 16 October 2023 at the Houses of Parliament to communicate its thinking on the developing strategy. Following this market engagement, a Briefing Paper and Questionnaire will be issued to all interested economic operators, so that potential Strategic Partners and the Supply Chain, including SMEs, can provide their views.
A maximum of one person from each interested organisation may attend the market consultation event.

Places are limited and organisations are restricted to one person from their organisation, so please respond as soon as possible. All interested economic operators must be registered by Friday, 6 October 2023 and confirmation of a place will be advised on Tuesday, 10 October 2023.

BRIEFING PAPER AND QUESTIONNAIRE FOR MARKET RESPONSE
All economic operators, including those that are unable to attend the market consultation event, should register on Jaggaer to receive a copy of the Briefing Paper and Questionnaire, which will be issued after the event.
The deadline for responding to the Questionnaire is Monday 13 November 2023 at noon. Questionnaires must be submitted through Jaggaer as part of our record keeping process.
