Bidders must demonstrate that they have full car club accreditation from CoMoUK and should provide evidence of this. This should also be reflected when filling out section 4A point 1 of the SPD.

Bidders should also fill out parts 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 4A, 4B, 4C and 6 of the SPD.

The successful tenderer shall give details of how their organisation would contribute to the above.

In terms of mandatory community benefits, the successful tenderer would be required to have a wheelchair accessible vehicle as part of their fleet, be an active member in the North East Scotland Getabout partnership and use low carbon vehicles on their fleet.
