Lotting Structure:

Lot 1 – South Campus Cleaning – Approx value GBP 2,708,596 Per annum

Appointment of 1 Contractor

Lot 2 – North Campus Cleaning – Approx value GBP 2,077,210 Per annum

Appointment of 1 Contractor

Lot 3 – Window Cleaning – Academic and Residences – Approx Value GBP 95,000 Per annum

The University are hosting an in-person only, supplier engagement session on Monday 23rd October 2023, (09.00 – 10:00) – Venue Room 0.07 Hadyn Ellis Building, Maindy Road, Cardiff, CF24 4HQ. Parking is not available on site.

Excludes Halls of Residence and Student Houses.

Includes the supply of all consumable products including paper supplies.

Includes cleaning duties within identified ‘Green’ risk areas (labs etc).

Excludes cleaning duties within any higher ‘Amber’ or ‘Red’ risk areas.
