This is an invitation to our pre-market engagement exercise* The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (‘the Assembly Commission’) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier or Suppliers to provide catering, cleaning and porterage services for all building users at Parliament Buildings, Stormont, Belfast. Prior to initiating the procurement(s), the Assembly Commission wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to gain an understanding of the supply market for the delivery of the services listed above, whether under a bundle contract or in lots, to get a clear understanding of the latest trends, products, pricing and solutions in this market to best meet the business requirement. We are inviting suppliers with the expertise and experience to help us with this exercise. There is a questionnaire to download and complete. It will be returned via the messaging facility on the eTendersNI portal.
