We will appoint two or three contractors within the partnering framework with an estimated total expenditure of £100m (excl VAT) over the duration of the framework. The work content will be made up of all aspects of property refurbishment, including complex and high-rise buildings, and environmental retrofit work. This will require the contractors appointed to the framework to be multi-disciplined and capable of providing a 'one stop shop' service to Thirteen.
