The supply of services will be remote or across the entire SWS region covering Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. All estimated quantities or values contained or referred to in this or other tender documents are for guidance only. They do not bind SWS to buy any specific quantities should the bidder be successful and enter into Agreement.

The Services that the successful bidder will be asked to provide under the agreement will be set out within the ITT and Contract and collaboration with the in-house team will be of paramount importance to ensure a high level of customer service to our customers and community and continue our robust service with an ever-growing demand in the Developer Services environment.

SWS are looking for a strategic partner to undertake a variety of workstreams, as well as proactively liaising with and engaging with our in-house Developer Services team.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

Tenderers must pass Southern Waters qualification criteria to qualify for ITT as detailed in

the procurement documents.

Candidates will then be shortlisted on best technical score.

It is intended to take the 4 highest scoring Tenderers from the PQQ stage to ITT

Tenderers’ response to the PQQ will be scored in the order as outlined in the sourcing portal, with those

sections marked as Pass/Fail where the Tenderer will either meet or fail to meet the minimum criteria.

All prospective Tenderers are required to pass each question within the SWS PQQ response forms.

A full response to Qualification Envelope is required, except where indicated. Failure to respond fully to

any required question in this section or not being able to meet the minimum requirement will result in

the submission being non-compliant and being excluded from the process, except where the SWS

Commercial Head determines that a genuine error has been made, and a correction may then be

permitted.
