Procurement of Design Teams for appointment to Northern Ireland wide Framework Agreement(s) (the Procurement). Design Teams appointed under this Procurement may be required to assist in the design and delivery of a range of dwelling designs, accommodation needs and services for:

• General Needs Social Housing;

• Affordable Housing for Sale;

• Housing-Led Regeneration projects;

• Purpose built accommodation for the elderly;

• Supported Housing;

• Supported Living Accommodation, which includes Residential Care Homes, Nursing Homes and Domiciliary Care Homes that are regulated by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA). RQIA is responsible for ensuring compliance with The Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation)(Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and its supporting regulations; and

• Support services for vulnerable groups.
