6. Where the Company Watch Credit Report states a Credit Score of 24 or below, or where no Fame UK Credit Report is available for the Bidder, the Council will undertake further financial due diligence on the information provided in response to Section 5. Where the Council concludes that there is insufficient information to assess the Bidder's Economic & Financial Standing, or the information leads to the Council to conclude that the information provided is not acceptable, the Bidder will be excluded.
Technical ability conditions of participation
Member of the Legionella Control Association, registered as described in Section 3.1 of the Risk Assessment Contract Specification.
Member of the Legionella Contractor's Association.
Employ "directly employed staff" to undertake monitoring contracts.
Able to implement emergency remedial works, whilst undertaking monitoring visits or attend any listed St. Helens premises, within 1 hour of receiving a Contract Instruction.
