CPI is looking to appoint a suitably experienced Contractor to act as Talent Partner to provide recruitment advice, expertise and guidance regarding CPI’s current recruitment processes and to support in developing the recruitment strategy and employer brand for our growing organisation. As well as these elements CPI are also looking for the Contractor to provide an RPO service to manage CPI’s agency recruitment needs when required.In terms of the RPO the Contractor must have the necessary resources to efficiently run CPI’s agency recruitments. The Contractor must have access to various other agencies within the sector, have the ability to fulfil the roles within the relevant sectors when CPI require the use of third-party recruitment agencies and have the willingness to work with additional agencies where reasonably required. To provide interested Contractors an idea of our requirement needs. Contractors are asked to note the following information. • Current headcount = 666• Attrition rate = 16.84%• Expected recruitment (12 months) = 212• Average salary = £46,530 • Average agency fee = 14%In terms of the Employer Brand support the Contractor will be expected to work with CPI to develop, plan and implement a strategy to enhance the perception of CPI in the marketplace based on our employee value proposition, help embed CPI’s values and help CPI improve various metrics around how we conduct our recruitment activities. Further details on the Employer Brand and Metrics can be found in the Technical Requirement Section of this document.The Contractor will also need to use CPI’s current HR IT Solutions.
