Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to prepare all information that would be required to be submitted as part of a formal planning application for the proposed ERF depot located at Meadowvale, Llanrwst. This includes all the information on the relevant planning application form, except the ownership certificates. The works are to include, but not limited to:
- Prepare scaled plans, with north arrow, to identify the land to which the application relates.
- Prepare all other scaled plans, drawings and information that would be required to describe the proposed development – this includes any technical documents that would be needed in order to validate any subsequent application.
- Prepare Design and Access Statement.
- Prepare all necessary information that would be needed in order to comply with any local validation requirements of the relevant local planning authority and complete pre-application consultation.
- Prepare and submit formal planning application following pre-application consultation.
