two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Hurstpierpoint College is an independent co-educational day and boarding school at Hurstpierpoint village, near Hassocks, West Sussex BN6 9JS. There are currently 1333 students on roll from 4 to 18 years of age. The College is designed around two quadrangles, with an Inner and Outer Quad, and incorporated into the main building is the College Chapel, St John’s. Today the campus has grown to 37 buildings with diverse age and styles, many with listed status, the wide-ranging age and usage create very diverse cleaning requirements especially in teaching labs, technical workshops, the chapel, theatres and dance studios. . There are 567 beds in total for boarding students across 7 Boarding Houses, plus 6 Day Houses for non-residential students. The College are seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services throughout the College; it is imperative that tenderers are able to demonstrate their capability in consistency of service delivery to the highest standards across the College and how
