Luton Council’s Building & Technical Services department (BTS) are tendering the opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced lift consultant to provide design and project management services and maintenance management services for associated technical activities. The service is required in order to safeguard our residents and tenants, to ensure compliance and ensure the council has a fully operational lift estate across the housing portfolio

The contract will be awarded to a single Consultant following an Open Procedure above threshold tender under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
