Fife Health & Social Care Partnership (H&SCP) wishes to commission services for a group of up to twelve (12) individuals who have complex care and support needs due to severe and enduring mental ill health/mental disorder, to provide care and support in their current accommodation in Cupar, Fife.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The H&SCP wishes to commission services for a group of up to twelve (12) individuals who have complex care and support needs due to severe and enduring mental ill health/mental disorder to provide care and support in their current accommodation.

The service is made up of single and shared accommodation, all located within the same site / location.

All individuals within the service require a combination of individual support hours, delivered flexibly, through an agreed support plan to meet their assessed needs and agreed personal outcomes. All individuals will require access to social care and support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Staffing arrangement will need to be flexible to meet the demand of this service, and there may be a requirement for 2:1 support at times. This service will include shared overnight support. Person Profiles for the individuals within this service will be provided with the Tender documentation.

The Partnership will expect the successful contracted provider to work in collaboration to bring improvements and efficiencies to the service, where identified or appropriate.

It is expected that the Contract Notice will be advertised later in 2024. Please ensure you note your interest to receive updates. The estimated value of this contract is in the region of GBP700,000 - GBP720,000 per annum and may be subject to change as the requirements are finalised. TUPE may apply.
