Description

Residential Development in Northwood Hills,

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake a construction project for a residential development in Northwood Hills,

The proposed development is for 20 residential units split 50:50 as affordable and market Housing. The project is subject to planning and the scope change before the tender is published.
