PONI is placing this voluntary transparency notice to alert Economic Operators of its intention to award a contract to provide support and maintenance for its Case Handling System for 3 years (2 + 1 basis).

Explanation:

The Client is relying on derogations 32(2)(b)(ii) and 32(2)(b)(iii) of the PCRs 2015 (as amended) due to the absence of a competitive supplier for technical reasons and because the current supplier owns the propriety rights for the system.
