The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works.

NEPO envision a Framework Agreement which is flexible in its approach, offering comprehensive access to Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works either as a package solution via Lot 1 - Retrofit and Decarbonisation Partner; or via individual installers Lots 2-15. All Lots 1-15, where applicable, will have sub-Lots for domestic and non-domestic provision.

It is NEPO's intention that the Framework Agreement will provide a compliant route to market for Contracting Authorities to appoint Suppliers under JCT and NEC Standard Form Contracts.

The opportunity can be accessed via the NEPO eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this Framework Agreement must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the NEPO eTendering System.
