Lot A of the Contract is designed to deliver:
• Legionella Risk assessments conducted every two years in commercial properties/buildings. This will be in line with current dates of expiry with additional assessments to potentially new build properties, acquisitions and for changes to systems.
• Auditing of 5% of remedial works completed.
• Consultancy to SHG on Legionella and Water Hygiene matters, as and when required.
• Water quality sampling and analysis for Legionella, total viable count, E Coli, Coliforms, and any other sampling as defined by ourselves as required.

Lot B of the Contract is designed to deliver:
• Monthly monitoring of temperatures (outlets and water assets).
• Quarterly inspection, cleaning and disinfection of shower/spray tap heads/hoses.
• Annual inspection of cold-water storage tanks and calorifiers.
• Annual descale and disinfection of thermostatic mixer valves (TMV’s) in commercial properties/buildings.
• Cleaning and disinfection of tanks, calorifiers and associated water systems as required.
• 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year-round reactive maintenance cover.
• Water quality sampling and analysis for Legionella, total viable count, E Coli, Coliforms, and any other sampling as defined by ourselves as required.
