St Bartholomew's Heritage (the client) requires the services of a Conservation Architect Led Team(The Team) of designers and consultants. This team will include the following expertise

Conservation Architect/Lead Designer/Contract Administrator

Principal Designer

Structural Engineer

MEP Services Engineer

Acoustics Consultant

The scope will include updating the Conservation Plan and assisting with the clients NLHF Round 2 application. A detailed scope of services and a draft appointment contract will be provided within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) which will be issued to the successful bidders of this PQQ stage.
