Northumbrian Water would like to appoint a supplier(s) for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. NWL are looking for a supplier(s) to provide maintenance and repairs covering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, Power Fences and Perimeter Intruder Detection Fences over the next three to five years.

Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) deliver both regulated and non-regulated water and wastewater services, one of 10 such providers in the UK, to just under 4.4m customers, operating principally in the North East of England and Essex and Suffolk. The business is headquartered in Durham and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings (CKHH), based in Hong Kong. The business turns over £900m and has circa 3000 UK based employees. The business is recognised as a leading customer service organisation with strong ethical values.

There is an ongoing requirement for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. The requirement is being tendered in 2 Lots - North and South.

Following the tender process, NWL would like to award a 3+2 year contract, with the aim of awarding a single contract to one supplier or a contract for each of the following lots -

Lot 1 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (North)

Lot 2 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (South)

deadline date of 08/11/2021. Once your expression of interest has been received

(with the details as requested below), you will be given access to the Ariba portal within 48

hours from request (where possible) via an email (you have provided as part of your contact details) with a link to access the Ariba portal.

You will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PPQ) in Ariba (following the same link as mentioned above) before 12noon 12/11/2021.
