Grounds Maintenance Services

The expectation of the client, and the aim of this specification, is for:

a Total Site Care approach –meaning that all asset types at all sites are to be maintained at or above contract standard at all times during the course of the contract period, with sites presenting to a high standard throughout the year. Contractors must allow for sufficient resources to allow all assets to be kept to a high standard throughout the horticultural year, taking into account peaks in some works eg hedge cutting which must not be allowed to have a detrimental impact on other assets eg grass cutting.
