Choice Housing are looking for a contractor to remodel flats 5 and 6 Ramore Court into 3 Nr self-contained flats (1 x 3bed / 1 x 2bed and 1 x 1bed) The existing flats should be sub-divided to provide new individual dwellings which comply with the Choice Housing brief. This will involve internal remodelling of the layouts; new separate flat entrance doors off the existing communal areas, new kitchen and bathroom facilities, new separate electrical services and heating. A number of existing walls will be removed and new door openings formed, in order to accommodate altered layouts.
