• L and Q is looking for a two-year contract (2x 12 months extensions available) requires waste and recycling services across its office sites.• There is an ad-hoc need for skips.• L and Q requires secure and legislatively complaint confidential waste management across its main office sites, LQL may only require confidential waste on an ad hoc basis. Satellite offices are to be issued with shredders so onsite staff can self-manage confidential waste. • L and Q will require sanitary and clinical waste collections. LQL regular weekly collections of sanitary and clinical waste from some sites.• There will be a separate waste requirement for washroom services.• There is a need to consultant Health and Safety when preparing for a tender, and in good time to ensure they can inform compliance requirements.• L and Q will need to deliver to ESG strategies including zero waste to landfill, social value and reduction of carbon footprint associated with this service.

The Corporate Facilities Management department within L and Q requires an all-round Waste Service to include Office Waste/Refuse, Confidential Paper Waste and Sanitary Toilet Waste. Also, to be included are ad-hoc services for skip/container hire/disposal, hazardous waste collection/disposal and bulk commercial/domestic waste collections (wait and load). L and Q seeks to appoint one supplier who can provide this service.
