Lots:-

Accommodation-based Services for Young People

1. Up to 65 units for young men and women in a scheme based or core and cluster model offering low to medium support 9:00 to 5:00, with 24 hour cover such as a concierge. (max budget up to £1,186,000)

2. Up to 55 units in scheme based settings. We are looking for two services of around 25-30 each units for young men and women, offering medium to high support with 24 hour staff cover (sleep-in or waking cover). (max budget up to £2,952,170 equating to 2a £1,573,020 2b £1,379,150)

3. 14 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24hour sleep-in cover for young women, some of whom will have babies/toddlers. (max budget up to £800,000)

4. Up to 15 units in a scheme based or core and cluster setting offering medium to high support with 24 hour sleep-in cover for young women who have experienced sexual abuse. Some of the young women will have babies/young children (max budget up to £774,345)

The landlord must be a suitably experienced Registered Housing Provider (RP) and the accommodation must be in Sheffield.

Accommodation may be shared, must be of good quality, with communal space and office space on site or within walking distance.

Accommodation needs to be available from the start of the contracts (January 2022) to completion (30 November 2026). Bids should provide details of the accommodation available,

Lot 5 Mediation

Full mediation support for young people and their families for up to 12 weeks. Mediation interviews and targeted mediation support in addition to this (max budget up to £147,975 to support 45 young people)

Lot 6 Supported Lodgings

Up to 3 units of supported lodgings for young people, including care leavers, all requests will be on a spot purchase. (Max budget up to £75,350)

Lot 7 Floating Support

88 units of support for young men and women, couples and families offering low to medium support to young people in their own homes or moving into their new homes (max budget up to £1,152,130).

Lot 8 Dispersed Accommodation

Up to 100 dispersed units of which 40 will be spot purchased. Housing related support for young people living in temporary dispersed accommodation and follow-on support to settle them into their own tenancies. (max budget up to £2,275.000).
