a) Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)

b) Provision of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) – following the IET Code of Practice.

c) Provision of Domestic Alarms (smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms) asset register, maintenance, installation, and replacements.

d) Covering over 59,000 units with the potential to expand – heat map provided at Appendix 1

e) Coverage across three geographical areas – London/ Southeast/ Isle of Wight

f) The programme will cover both domestic and non-domestic properties.

g) The interface transfer of choice will be API.

h) Live information available to the client when requested. Expected live information: job status, engineers schedule, photos etc.

i) Working with the client to co-ordinate legal action on hard to access dwellings.

j) System enabling accurate record keeping of all customer interactions. This is to enable provision of evidence for any potential legal action.

k) It is desirable, but not essential, that a contractor can demonstrate working relationship with locksmiths, multi-traders, ground workers etc, for when jobs require more than just straight electrical works.
