ML is seeking to appoint a competent, capable, skilled, experienced, and qualified service provider. The Service Provider will ensure that all works will be completed in line the most current standards and regulations which will ensure ML’s customers and the organisation are kept safe and free of risk. The Service Provider will work with ML in developing a range of inspection, test, certification templates and forms and will be used by the Service Provide which will feed directly into our compliance software. ML requires the Service Provider to provide a regime of planned, reactive and ad-hoc services which will include, but not be limited to the following: Fire Risk Assessments (FRA); Fire Door Inspection; Fire Safety Review/Audit; Fire Safety Support & Advice; Compartmentation Surveys; Building Safety audit, advice, and support & Consultancy Service
