The Contractor shall be responsible for undertaking an evidence-based recommendations and carry out a baseline assessments in 2023/24 for each of the participating boroughs ensuring sampling is accurately representative of the varying socio-economic/demographic makeups and housing types. The initial assessment to be carried out and completed by 31st March 2024.
