You are invited by Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited to apply to join this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Mechanical and Electrical Services, to support new and existing client accounts in the West Midlands Region, when such opportunities become available. Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through Further Competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). Work will only be awarded through Further Competitions (Mini Competitions). There is no provision for a Direct Award under a DPS. It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of four million pounds sterling per annum. Further details about the DPS is given in Section 3 of Document 1.    The deadline for submissions for Stage 1 is 12 noon on Monday 17 October 2022.
