Description
Overview:
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced contractors ahead of an upcoming tender opportunity to deliver comprehensive maintenance services across our property portfolio. This includes both owned and leased properties—currently totalling 137 units, with plans to expand to 327 by 2028.
Scope of Services:
The successful contractor(s) will be expected to provide:
Full maintenance services
Compliance and statutory inspections
Responsive and planned repairs
Ad hoc works as required
Total value (estimated)
- £3,000,000 excluding VAT
- £3,600,000 including VAT
Contract dates (estimated)
- 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029
- Possible extension to 31 December 2031
