The Greenshaw Learning Trust (GLT) wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier to supply, implement
and support a Management Information System (MIS), for use by the Trust, all of its current schools and any
future schools that join the Trust over the contract term. The Trust is seeking an agreement via competitive
Tenders from suitably qualified organisations (‘Tenderers’) in response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for
the provision of the MIS.

The Trust currently operates 24 schools across the south of England.
two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Our main objective is to appoint a single provider of a Management Information System, delivered using a
cloud hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model for use by the Trust and its schools. The single MIS
solution must support from Nursery to Year 13.
Key strategic objectives for the project include:
● Supporting consistent approaches to data collection, management and communication across all
schools
● Providing centralised management and visibility of key functions, reporting and data across the Trust
● Using automation opportunities to reduce manual administrative tasks and improve efficiency of
communications
● Addressing the requirements of all stakeholder groups
● To work towards a single point of truth for all data across the Trust
