The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) has commenced this procurement process with the intention of awarding a Contract.

The procurement will follow the Open Procedure.

SPS is using the Public Contract Scotland-Tender (PCS-T) Portal for this procurement exercise.

Bidders are required to complete the Online Qualification and Technical Single Procurement Document (SPD)(Scotland) Questionnaire on PCS-T.

Following publication of this Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
