Description

The Greater London Authority (GLA), in partnership with London Councils, is looking to source:

(a) Retrofit Managing Agent to oversee the programme, assess applications and manage retrofit contractors; (b) Four retrofit contractors (including up to 3 reserves for each Lot) who will undertake property assessments and install agreed retrofit measures; and (c) Community Household/Energy Group(s).

The appointed suppliers will support the delivery of retrofit works under government-funded schemes.
