The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk and project partners are looking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team led by a suitably qualified architectural practice for the development and delivery of the St George’s Guildhall Complex transformation.
The role of Architect will include the responsibilities of Lead Designer, role for the proposed project. The architect should be suitably experienced in working on Grade I and II Listed Historic Buildings, theatre and arts facilities. Furthermore, the Architect should be experienced in leading a multi-disciplinary team on a complex National Lottery Heritage Fund project.

Anticipated timescales of works will be commencement in early 2023 and completion in late 2025. Contract will be for all 7 RIBA Stages with break clauses in between as the length of the contract will be dependant on External Funding.
