Oxfordshire County Council invites Applicants to tender to join an Open Framework to support the provision of Holiday Activities and Food Services (HAF) across Oxfordshire.
This Phase is to open the window for ongoing applications to join the Open Framework and will remain open for the full Open Framework Contract term.
Our vision is that the Oxfordshire Holiday Activity and Food Services will provide high quality opportunities for children, young people and carers/parents that enable all who attend to have good experiences that offer enriched, social engagement, additionally nutritious food. Inclusively delivering these experiences, providers are expected to ensure that families can receive advice, guidance and support over the holiday periods of Summer, Easter and Christmas.
We want to commission a rich and diverse programme of activities delivered by organisations from the private, voluntary and public sector that respond to the local need, draws in the wider community and is delivered in a variety of ways.
