two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NPTC Group of Colleges is the result of a merger between Coleg Powys and Neath Port Talbot College 7 years ago. Following the merger, the two individual Colleges legacy phone systems were not integrated and the two legacy systems are still operational.

The NPTC Group intends to identify and appoint a Supplier for the design, supply, installation and support of a new unified communications system across all of its sites in June 2021 for completion of delivery by 30th June 2021.

It is intended that the new unified communications system will replace the two existing legacy systems. Removal of existing equipment is not required.
