The Pill Regeneration project site is located in the heart of Pill, between Commercial Road and Pillgwenlly Primary school. The site is approximately 4.6 hectares and comprises over 250 residences in a combination of flats and houses. We are seeking a Contractor with a proven track record to deliver the highway and external works for our Pillgwenlly (Pill) regeneration project.

This completion project maintains the objective to address the issues of the original Radburn residential layout which was constructed in the 1970’s. This will be achieved by redeveloping the public areas, opening new routes through the estate, constructing new boundaries together with hard and soft landscaping to improve the environment and help tackle the issues of ASB and crime.
