The Youth Engagement Service provides a range of activities and support and acts as a hub where young people have opportunities to socialise in a safe and welcoming alcohol and drug-free environment and avail of information, advice and support on a range of issues from relevant services both on-site and off-site, with the support of staff from the Youth Engagement Service. The Youth Engagement Service is a signpost/referral service, and is not a keyworker/care coordinator service. The Youth Engagement Service is not a youth club. Each Youth Engagement Service will have a local identity and their specific provision is tailored to local need.
