Campus Food and Drink within Queen’s provides catering and hospitality across Queen’s Campus to Schools and Directorates and external customers. These events include meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, graduation, and high-profile events. Campus Food and Drink operate throughout the Campus and are based at the Great Hall on the main Lanyon site and Riddel Hall on the Stranmillis Road. Food for events and functions is prepared in-house with the exception of desserts and strawberries which have traditionally been purchased from specialist suppliers based on demand.Queen’s requires a Contractor to supply and deliver Desserts and Strawberries for Graduation Ceremonies including options suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliacs and those with other dietary requirements, to Campus Food and Drink.The appointed Economic Operator will also facilitate the ad hoc requirements for Campus Food and Drink across a variety of locations within Queen’s Campus.
