Since the MTC was opened on 29th July 2011, various alterations have been carried out and will continue to be carried out to meet the expanding research and administrative requirements of the business. This may include new build facilities in land surrounding the MTC main building that has been reserved for this purpose and Master Plan prepared, refurbishment, fit out for research facilities, change of use and alteration projects to existing buildings and infrastructure alterations or installations of new services to support the fit out and equipment installs. This Lot is for appointing Project Managers - Employers Agent / Project Management of the design and procurement stages and Contract Administration of the Construction Stage for RIBA Work Stages 0 through to completion.
