The Contractor shall deliver Door Systems Maintenance Services including:
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): biannual inspection and servicing of all Automatic and Roller Shutter Door systems.
• A 24/7 callout service for both Automatic and Roller Shutter Door systems.
• All repairs generated by PPM and reactive callouts on Automatic Doors systems on an all-inclusive basis.
