This Prior Information Notice is for a proposed framework for contractors to provide a range of repair and maintenance services and may extend to refurbishment/minor works.

The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the services currently available in the marketplace and options regarding the structure of the procurement and the anticipated direction of future market development.

The lotting structure of this framework will be informed by market engagement.

NOTE: This lotting structure is provisional and subject to change. Full details of the final lotting structure will be included within the tender documents.

six.3) Additional information

The purpose of the PIN is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the housing maintenance and management market. Scotland Excel is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new contracting agreement to service Scottish Local Authorities and Wider Public Sector housing maintenance and management services requirements.

Scotland Excel intends to hold supplier PIN meetings on 20th, 22nd, 25th and 27th October on a first come first serve basis. Please contact construction@scotland-excel.org.uk to book your PIN meeting.
