Those interested parties that then wish to be considered for inclusion in the tender process must first express their interest by writing to Mary.McCourt@marsh.com stating which particular lot (one or more) that they wish to be considered for. Expressions of interest must be received by no later than 16:00hrs on the 29.10.2021.

A tender process shall follow for each insurance category (lot) from which the most economically advantageous offer shall be determined. This determination shall be based upon the tender return and subsequent negotiations — albeit not all tendering organisations shall be invited to proceed to the negotiation stage.

The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (Northern Ireland).
