In order to submit a tender for these works, the contractor will have to demonstrate the following;

- That they have a background in constructing pavilions on design and build basis

- Have an annual turnover of at least £5m

- That they hold professional indemnity insurance of at least £1m

- Can acquire a performance bond for 10% of the contract value

- Have offices based within 25 miles of the construction site

- Show that they have been trading for the last 3 years, by submitting their accounts
