Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to implement and maintain a Control of Legionella Management Programme on 44 Buildings, the buildings are occupied by general needs residents, elderly persons and people that are vulnerable and require additional support.
We require varied levels of testing / inspections throughout the year. The contractor shall provide and include a programme indicating by date, weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and annual actions. The contractor will need to manage this and not let the testing / inspections regime pass/ or go overdue. The contractor will electronically receive in a PDF format a separate works ticket/Job number for all 44 sites on a monthly basis.
